{Engagement} Em & Kirby

Finally an engagement for my dear friends Emily and Kirby!  It's been a long time coming :)  On Thanksgiving of this year I got a call from Em, but missed it because I was with family.  I also got a text asking me to call her, which I did as soon as I got the message.  She was beaming as she told me how Kirby proposed and how it was perfect and how she was on cloud nine.  It was so great to hear her so happy and that Kirby got so lucky to get such an awesome lady!  Today we did their engagement photos and it was a blast!  They are in love and loving every minute of it.  It was a beautiful thing to observe.  Here are my favorites from their session...

{Child} Caleb

I have one brother and I love him SO much.  He's my favorite :)  He added such a wonderful dynamic to our family.  He has a wonderful sense of humor and is always able to make me laugh, but he knows when to be serious.  I admire him greatly.  He's such a wonderful guy and I'm sure he'll make a great husband and father someday.  I can't wait to see what happens in his life.  I cherish every minute I get to spend with him and am so thankful to have him in my life.

It was so fun to shoot Megan and her family!  I actually had her as a babysitter when I was growing up :)  Aiden is such a sweet little guy, but certainly didn't want to sit still.  Typical little guy.

This is my second session with this little gal.  The first was at six months and she is now a little over a year!  What a little beauty!  Fun, but sweaty session.  Thanks Jocelyn for all your help getting her to smile :)  Here are my favorites
